A: We have been in business for over six years now. Q: How many years of experience do Garcea Computers technicians have? A: We have ten years of experience. Q: Where is Garcea Computers located? A: We are located in Rockford, IL. Rockford is about two hours West of Chicago. Q: How long does it take to create a Web site? A: It usually takes one to two months, depending on how quickly you get the content for the Web site to us. Q: I have a Web site, and I don't want to update it myself. Can you help me? A: Yes. We offer unlimited monthly updating as an option on your Web site contract. Q: How are your Web sites different from those offered by other companies? A: Each of our sites is unique. We don't use a standard template like other companies do. Q: How long does it take to get repair work done? A: It depends on the problem. Most problems that require a technician to pick up the computer take about a day to diagnose and then about three days to get the problem fixed and the computer back to you where it belongs. On-site repairs can often be done in a couple of hours, and sometimes in just minutes! Q: Do you do anything else besides repair work and Web sites? A: Yes. We also handle networking and consulting.
