Our repair services include the following: software and hardware repair, printer repair, and repair of many other computer
problems you may be having.Unlike many computer companies, we service both Pc's and Macs. If you have questions about our service, just let us know what you are in need of, and we will give you a good idea about cost and other helpful information. Our service cost for labor is $50 per hour. You will also be charged for any parts we need to use, including the cost of shipping the parts. If you already bought a custom computer from us and are having trouble with it, please see our warranty section before contacting us. This section will tell you how much the warranty will cover. If you live in or near Rockford, Illinois, we can come out to your home or office to do repair work. If you live outside of the Greater Rockford Area, we will have to make other arrangements.
