Our warranties for custom computers are as follows: The motherboards have a three year warranty, the AMD processors have a three year warranty, and the memory has a lifetime warranty.
The above warranties cover manufacturing defects. They do not cover abuse or misuse. We guarantee our computers will perform at their maximum potential. If you have problems with your computer that are not caused by you, we will come out and fix it for the first three months at no cost if you live in the Greater Rockford Area. If you are outside of this area, contact us, and we will make other arrangements. If you have a software problem caused by you deleting something, it is not covered by our three month warranty. If you accidently formatted your computer's hard drive, it is also not covered. For a warranty repair, you must provide all software and compact discs that came with your computer.
